Job Description

As an Entry-Level Sourcer you will be assigned to a team providing sourcing services to a variety of some of the most successful companies in the world, such as CVS and FedEx. The Entry-Level Sourcer is on the front lines of all of our major hiring initiatives to provide proactive sourcing of talent profiles for recruiting purposes. Delivering some of the most interesting and challenging sourcing work, the Entry-Level Sourcer will work collaboratively with a team of sourcers, all supported by a team manager who will oversee your training and career development.

The Successful Applicant

Primary Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sourcer: Source and pipeline nationwide for active and passive talent professionals

  • Conduct market research on candidate data including skill sets, demographics, and hiring trends
  • Search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, and web mining
  • Write, edit and post job descriptions, social media and emails
  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Analyze data to drive sourcing decisions and support leaders with information to grow the business
