Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source and close new clients through cold-calling, networking and referrals.
  • Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process.
  • Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering elite client service and consultation.
  • Understand and articulate the company's full line of business offerings, capabilities, benefits and services.
  • Formulate and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and recruitment.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and consultative sales experience.
