Job Description

Based in our Chrysler Building offices in New York City we are looking to identify and develop a Recruitment Sales Executive.

You will be responsible for;

  • Attend networking events to develop client relationships
  • Individually manage sales across a wide list of key clients as well as generate new business from existing customers and prospective clients
  • Utilize training and development to generate leads
  • Develop B2B accounts with warm and cold leads
  • Consistently deliver individual targets every month
  • Proactively develop sales opportunities within a variety of sector/industry categories
  • Coordinate with technical teams, senior management and clients to identify specific project requirements and deliverables
  • Oversee the ongoing review of project status. Track project deadlines and make sure that they are met
  • Work closely with team members, experts in development and production teams, to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives
  • Act as primary face-to-face contact with client project management. Establish and develop relationships with current clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Manage client engagement and communication relative to project status and progress
  • Assist with time and resource management throughout the development and management of assigned project
  • Anticipate and mitigate project risks
