Job Description

  • Ensure the Regional team hits the relevant targets.
  • To build, train, coach and retain the sales team to hit individual and group targets
  • To report on monthly and forecast sales numbers
  • Create a training schedule to ensure the team is trained across DW and XT products leading to final pitch signed off by Head of Fixed Income Sales, Americas
  • To ensure the team complies with designated key performance metrics. e.g. number of trials required, number of client meetings per month
  • To ensure strategy is implemented for account planning through to year end
  • To ensure the team maintains up to date and accurate client relationship records
  • To ensure the team balances sales focus between DW and XT
  • To maintain ongoing relationships with external recruiters to ensure we track and have access to the best talent in the market
  • To ensure team has a mix of new business and relationship management focused sales people
  • Share best practices with peers leading other commercial teams
  • Support and promote Fixed Income Group rebranding efforts
  • Accountable for an individual book of renewal business of maximum $3.5m

The Successful Applicant


  • Exceptional knowledge of Fixed Income markets and our competitors
  • Successful track record in Fixed Income sales
  • Motivate sales teams and create an environment of excellence
  • Recruit, train and manage a sales team
  • Ability to set territories in a fair and equitable manner and agreed with Head of Fixed Income Sales, Americas
  • Ability to report and forecast in a timely and accurate manner
