They are actively looking for a Regional Property Manager to provide oversight to nine communities in the DFW metro.

Job Description

Key responsibilities for the Regional Property Manager will include:

  • Supervision of overall operations to optimize performance of portfolio and achieve company goals.
  • Report on the strengths and weaknesses of each property within the portfolio and implement and drive improvements.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach and develop on-site teams.
  • Develop and implement annual operation and capital improvement budgets.
  • Review and approve all property purchasing with adherence to the expense budget.
  • Work closely with maintenance to ensure timely preparation of rent ready apartments to fully meet the demands of the market.
  • Analysis of local market trends and vendor and contract management.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of on-site property management experience
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Experience overseeing multiple properties simultaneously
  • High energy with strong leadership skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create budgets and forecasts
