Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of Structural Insulated Panels and related building products throughout the world.

Job Description

* Help develop long term relationships with existing and new customers with face to face customer contact and cold calling into new accounts * Analyze sales data and communicate with management/ownership regarding sales initiatives * Maintain awareness of competition and the market as a whole. * Work closely with all departments within the organization to ensure maximum service to the customer.

The Successful Applicant

* Must have 7-10 years of outside sales experience specifically in building products, wholesale or retail (aluminum products is preferred) * 4 year Bachelors degree is a must * Experience with Structural Insulated Panels or the Aluminum Construction Industry would be a huge plus. * Ability to travel throughout region 30-75% of the time depending on the week. * Ability to identify and properly communicate to ownership, customer needs and competitors strengths/weakness. * Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives. * No fear cold calling skills. * Exceptional dedication to customer service. * Top notch interpersonal and relationship development skills. * Self-motivated, goal and results oriented mindset with ability to work both from an office as well as remote. * Basic computer knowledge with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. A company laptop will be provided.
