My Client is a fortune 1000 materials science and engineering company with the most expansive filtration, purification, and seperation capabilities, globally. This role is specifically in the innovation of the aerospace industry.

Job Description

  • Promote PUREair product sales at current and new potential customers in territory
  • Generate and manage new customers, leads and sales opportunities within the CRM (account, contacts, opportunity/lead, calendar, memos, tasks, action items, etc)
  • Establish and develop contacts at strategic/target customers with onsite meetings to manage opportunities with users and decision makers.
  • Facilitate communication, meetings at larger OEM accounts between (My Client) Aerospace and customers, providing guidance, insight and detailed reports (memos & trip reports), including action items.
  • Support and promote (My Client) Aerospace at strategic and key accounts
  • Generate and manage new sales opportunities within the CRM (account, contacts, opportunity/lead, calendar, memos, tasks, etc)
  • Establish and develop contacts at key customers to manage opportunities with users, engineering, program management, procurement and senior leadership
  • Travel as required within territory and to various US/Canada regions when required

The Successful Applicant

Required Profile

  • Bachelors in Engineering (mechanical preferred)
  • 5 years of experience in engineering and/or technical sales experience in aerospace and defense market. MBA or MS Engineering preferred.
  • 50-75% travel



Desired Characteristics:

  • Technical Proficiency in mechanical engineering principals and practices
  • Familiarity with Helicopter Market (OEM & End User)
  • Highly motivated to manage territory utilizing CRM
  • Knowledgeable of aerospace and defense programs, customers and products
