About Our Client

My client is a leading investment firm, growing their Regulatory Reporting team rapidly. Staff are provided with a competitive salary and all the tools, technology and support you need to succeed. This role is based in Delaware.

Job Description

  • Review daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual required regulatory reports for various external regulators and IHC to ensure accuracy and reporting within the required time frame.
  • Review regulatory updates and document implications on local regulatory requirements.
  • Develop detailed understanding of legal entity structure and purpose including the various products offered to customers and transacted on for the banking entity. With this understanding be able to translate to regulatory reporting and effectively communicate to external regulators, IHC and senior management.
  • Respond to various regulatory reporting requests, providing analysis and regulatory guidance where applicable.
  • Maintain effective supporting documentation for all reporting requirements as well as procedure documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting required. Public accounting experience highly valued. CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • 5 - 10+ years of experience with financial reporting in public and/or private industry.
  • Regulatory reporting and people management experience preferred.
  • Exhibit understanding of regulatory reporting and guidelines.
