About Our Client

Nationwide, family owned, merchandising /distributor corporation. Casual environment.

Job Description

We need an administrative assistant to support our operations team.

Day to day consists of preparing and editing correspondences, communications, presentations, etc.

Answer and manage customer service calls.

This person must have working knowledge of Microsoft including building PowerPoint presentations and creating a database on Excel.

Need to have retail or merchandising experience and understand UPC codes and how products end up on the shelf.

Must assist with projects.

The Successful Applicant

2 years experience in a support role. Admin or Executive Assistant.

Must be able to quickly create Powerpoint presentations and Database/Lists on Excel
