Job Description

*Responsible for the day to day functions of the Commercial Sales Team

  • Calendar Management
  • Travel and Hotel Accommodations
  • Travel and Expense Reports
  • Meeting Arrangements
  • Assisting with Conferences and Events
  • Everything office related

*Right Hand Person to Commercial Director

  • Email Correspondence
  • Organizing and Prioritizing needs
  • Proactive attitude
  • Act as point person and liaise with other departments

*Client Relations

  • Assist with orders from the internet
  • Client Calls
  • Customer Satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

*Must have industry experience ( jewelry or diamond industries)

*Bachelor's Degree

*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

*Excellent Excel (test will be administered)

*Friendly, Outgoing attitude

*Ability to work later on an as needed basis

*Must be extremely organized
