About Our Client

Our client is a world-renowned luxury French lingerie brand. With over 100 years of experience, they are one of the largest in the world. Their North American office is located in NYC, and is responsible for both wholesale and retail in North Amerca.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support Key Account Executives, VP of Sales, and Planning Director with various sales reporting
  • Act as a liaison between Key Account Executives and the production department
  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly reports, and analyze reporting to maximize opportunities
  • Monitor new product orders vs. projections, and work with Key Account Executives to update Markdown projections
  • Publish regular monthly Life Span documents to the marketing sales teams

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate:

  • BA or BS in Business, Economics, or Finance
  • Min. 2 years of related experience
  • Advanced MS Excel Sills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently based on importance and urgency
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently, as well as in a team
  • Strong time management skills
