Job Description

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Direct management/supervision of three staff members
  • Development of up to 20 compensation programs on an annual basis
  • Coordination with Sales department executives, HR and others as needed
  • Regular research and review of industry trends
  • Bi-annual collaboration with external consultants to benchmark ensure competitiveness within the market

The Successful Applicant

  • Requires 5+ year of experience in the development and/or analysis of sales compensation programs
  • Must possess a strong understanding of financial principles (budgeting, forecasting, modeling, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think outside the box - must generate new ways of keeping the staff engaged
