About Our Client

Our client is the leader in high end accomodation for wealthy international customer.

Job Description

  • Chasing down leads and closing deals, managing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Responsible for proactively identifying, qualifying, and handling high-value booking opportunities with significant revenue potential.
  • Developing, building and maintaining long-term, value-based guest relationships in order to achieve personal and team revenue goals.
  • Selecting the right home for particular guest requirements from our global inventory.
  • Selling in a consultative, bespoke and experiential manner.
  • Depending on needs, you may focus on all types of accounts, or specialize and focus on specific segments (e.g., Extended Stay, Corporate, etc.).
  • Working with Channel and Marketing managers to identify and develop new markets and guest segments.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in B2C sales (hospitality, retail, cruise, turism ...)
  • Demonstrated success with assertive, high-value customers- you are able to tailor you approach to influence and persuade, confidently.
  • Commercially minded - targets, and over-delivering on them, is what gets you out of bed.
  • A reassuring and charming phone manner - you can build rapport and trust with people quickly and effectively without being face-to-face.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule around your potential guests' needs.
  • Ability to share details about our cities and homes with people who need a helping hand to get the best out of their stay.
  • Experience with a luxury product and service, anything related to accommodation or the travel industry is a bonus.
  • Second language and salesforce expereince a plus.
