Job Description

  • Maintaining and developing existing client relationships with regular phone calls and face to face meetings to ensure repeat business
  • Attending client meetings to uncover needs of the business by conducting a highly consultative needs analysis
  • Consulting with employers by understanding pain points as well as being able to provide market knowledge and advice on recruitment within your specific market
  • Identifying and head hunting strong candidates via LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and advertising
  • Consistently following up with both clients and candidates on a regular basis
  • Providing advice and guidance to candidates on their job search, careers, interviewing styles, and resumes
  • Actively meeting and interviewing candidates and clients face to face on a daily basis
  • Managing the recruitment / job offer process and negotiating salary packages
  • Keeping up to date on the economy, market, and overall developing a strong commercial awareness through research and networking
  • Working closely with teams within the office and across the country and globe to maximize Michael Page's commercial performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields
  • Resilient, self-motivated, goal oriented and a passion for learning and growth
  • Creative, outside the box thinker
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and training
  • Persuasive personality and ability to overcome and handle objections
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively present to both small and large groups
  • Ideally some experience in B2B sales, but not required
  • Assertive, high energy, able to create urgency
  • Self-motivated, taking ownership of their own business to expand company presence
  • Career oriented with hunger to grow your career
