My client is a well established firm, and is the industry leader in providing deep insight into trends in the commercial real estate industry, and providing a platform for commerical real estate investors that allows them to make very informed commercial real estate business decisions. My client provides, trends, analytics, markets research and news that support commerical real estate transactions and finances.

Job Description

  • Averaging 100 activities a day which will include outbound calls, receiving calls and emailing.
  • Quickly identify leads using Internet search tools and social networking to augment, enhance or otherwise increase the available pool of customer prospects.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects.
  • Learn and understand the company's products, competitors and positioning within industries.



· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, knowledge of a customer relationship management database (knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus), and general use of a computer within an office environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must be organized, driven and highly competitive.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter who can maintain action rate to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) including outstanding telephone presence.
  • Good personal time management and organization skills.
  • Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors degree
  • Preferable Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum Experience Requirement: 1-2 years of high-achieving sales lead generation experience in business to business environment
