About Our Client
Our client is a leading investment solutions company providing property, wealth management, funds management, finance, property management and immigration services across Asia. Our clients office network expands across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland, London and 12 major capital cities in Asia. Our client currently employs over 500 staff.
- Develop a state strategy for business development, local sales, channel sales & project marketing.
- Oversee marketing and sales campaigns for multiple exclusive residential projects across Los Angeles.
- Represent the our client at Property Industry conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
- Provide market driven direction and feedback to enhance positioning and branding of new residential projects.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of key marketing and sales deliverables including but not limited to:
- Marketing and sales plans, including budgets and timelines.
- Advertising campaigns, promotional events, buyer retention campaigns, referral programs, and social media
- Marketing collateral and tools including brochures, website, stationery and signage
- Establish and maintain active investment sales relationships that provides continual sales within each project
- Prepare, negotiate and manage selling agreements with external selling partners
The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter that has a solid understanding of project sales and marketing as well as the ability to build and manage relationships and market share at a consistent rate.
- Have a stable work history along with excellent references and impeccable presentation
- Full real estate license
- Excellent track record in closing multi-million dollar deals in the real estate market
