Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling charter services to retail customers, generally corporate executives and high-net-worth individuals. Within this role, the Sales Executive will be developing relationships with potential Charter Customers and supporting and maintaining relationships with existing Customers to develop those relationships for retention and referral opportunities. Being a Sales Executive, you will be measured on the performance relative to new customer revenue and margin. The Sales Executive's performance is also measured by the number of new customers flown. This position is primarily focused on New York City as the sales territory.

Major Duties/Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Develop and create new client relationships through process of prospecting
  • Lead follow-up, interest development, closure and post-close hand-off to Customer Service team.
  • Prompt and accurate completion of Sales reports requested by
  • Helps develop the brand through representation of product, programs, capabilities, and partnerships across all products.
  • Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activity and personal networking.
  • Retain and service long-term relationships with clients in coordination with the Customer Service team.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Aviation
  • Related Work Experience: 6-8 years
  • Position is focused on retail charter sales
  • Needs a strong boardroom presence and presentation skills as well as the ability to articulate value versus cost
  • Must have an established track record selling products or services and experience building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
  • Position will require self-generated leads, aggressive prospecting and disciplined management of pipeline
  • Must be able to work independently with little oversight and be able to solve challenges and overcome customer objections and obstacles to selling
  • Confidence in representing the clients brand and selling services
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory to conduct customer/prospect meetings
