Job Description

  • Develop and train Account executives on our systems
  • Become a mentor for team and office as a whole
  • Hold account executives responsible for their performance
  • Have weekly 1 on 1s with team
  • Must be able to motivate individuals to perform at their highest abilities

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of account executive sales experience. (SaaS recommended)
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • Proven track record in both sales and management
  • Must have the ability to motivate others.
