The Sales Manager will:
* Allocate incoming listings
* Guide new agents on deal closes
* Train incoming agents
* Recruit for incoming agents to expand team
* Attend and contribute in department strategy meetings
* Manage personal portfolio
* Hold department members biannual reviews
The Successful Applicant
The perfect Sales Manager will have:
* Real estate experience
* An active New York real estate license
* Proven sales success and track record
* Management experience or exposure
* Training/recruiting experience
* Excellent communications skills
* Knowledge of the residential New York real estate market
