Job Description

  • Manage and direct a team of 3 toward improved process and activities to support the business growth through effective KPIs
  • Manage inbound customer orders to ensure order is compliant with company policies
  • Track and report existing customer purchase orders
  • Work closely with Demand and Supply Planning teams to understand demand and ensure proper inventory levels
  • Provide regular updates to customers
  • Work closely with Head of Sales Operations to understand and act on strategic initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years experience working in international Supply Chain (2 years management required)
  • Experience in Order Processing in an ERP environment
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
