Job Description

The Sales Recruitment Consultant is immediately challenged from day one to grow their business and to take complete ownership of their career with Michael Page. From the get go, you are placed in a performance based environment where you will advance in your career as quickly as you so please, as long as you are putting in the necessary work. Michael Page historically pays above market in regards to recruitment salaries and then on top of that you are paid a discretionary performance quarterly bonus that is impacted by how much you bill on your placements, how well you worked within your team and how well the rest of the office was impacted by your day to day efficiency's. You will be responsible for the candidate driven business where you will conduct phone and face to face interviews with any candidate prior to sending them to a client. On the client side of our business you will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation and generalized business development, as well as conducting and attending client visits to understand their business and build that relationship.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Sales Recruitment Consultant will possess the following traits, but limited to:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Previous sales or recruitment experience preferred but not necessary
  • Self-motivated and career driven
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and implement/change their approach
  • Have the want to work in a fast-paced, detail oriented work place
