The founder and CEO previously launched in Australia in back in 2007, and now has over 450 employees, and is currently generating over $100 mil in revenue annually. The company is currently worth over $1bil. Start up for growth in advancement without risk because established company. This is one of the only insurance businesses that offers a nice base salary + commission based on meeting/exceeding monthly quotas.

Job Description

  • The sales agent will substantially grow the revenue base by generating new business through marketing campaigns, and upselling existing customers
  • Follow scripts created by your management team and eventually placing your own spin for success
  • Negotiate contract terms and close business to retire quota
  • Work collaboratively with your team to review current and future business challenges and align the appropriate solutions to solve the business needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple functional organizations to serve a customer's needs
  • Quick learner, and able to implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue
  • Self-motivated for success
  • You are coachable, flexible and self-motivated
  • You can hit the ground running
  • BA/BS preferred, but not required
