About Our Client
Established almost 50 years ago, the company is is the leading designer, marketer and producer of the world's finest interior and exterior materials. The company have both their Consumer and Business to Business channels as well as a well established market presence throughout North America.
The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to drive sales and profitability based on market environment and analysis of key sales data and client agreements, and then influencing key sales professionals across the nation to adopt and follow critical business practices. The candidate will be asked to work closely across all departments within the organization to insure seamless execution of initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
- 5 to 15 years of relevant experience in either business strategy or sales strategy planning.
- Finance background and/or sales background is a plus.
- Proven project management skills in a cross-functional organization.
- Management Consulting background is welcome
- MBA degree is a plus
