Job Description

*Identify and develop client/business relationships within the financial services and corporate sectors in a highly competitive environment

*Working in a competitive/fun team atmosphere and help train incoming junior employees

*Help attract candidates and clients with a sales approach by calling and meeting with old and new contacts (including passive candidates, active candidates, senior level executives, etc.)

*Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment

*Source suitable candidates and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client as well as identifying new opportunities for them

*Manage the recruitment process through the interview and offer stage

*Meeting with candidates and clients and advising them during the employment process

*Responsible for eventually hiring new individuals into the business and assist with training

The Successful Applicant

*0-3 years of professional experience

*Ideally any internships in Recruitment, Consultative Sales, Account Management or Business Development is beneficial

*Proven track record of successful business development through hard work, imagination, ambition innovation, tenacity and confidence

*Being part of an athletic team or any organized team, sorority/fraternity, etc, is a plus

*Must have enormous enthusiasm, energy, commitment and dedication

*Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a high-pressure / fast-paced environment

*Must be competitive and have a strong desire to be a part of a winning team
