About Our Client

Leading investment bank in the heart of New York City is seeking a junior graduate to join the team as an administrative assistant. It is not required that the candidate will have experience with all of the duties listed, but the candidate must be smart, sharp, eager and willing to learn. Ability to pick things up quickly is a must!

Job Description

  • Book flights and hotels for employees
  • Record travel approvals
  • Look for best options to ensure costs efficiency
  • Organize meeting rooms, videoconference, and conference calls
  • Provide support to staff for conference registration
  • Organize refreshments for meetings

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Experience in an office setting/corporate job is preferred
  • Must be smart, eager to learn new things and willing to work hard
  • Candidate will be comfortable working overtime and assisting as needed
  • "No job too small" attitude is key!
