Job Description

Senior Account Manager required in Santa Monica to:

  • Act as primary contact, maintaining and managing the daily relationship consulting with the team to acquire a clear understanding of their business needs;
  • Anticipate issues and concerns to proactively provide end to end solutions, verifying client agreements about the issues prior to implementing solutions;
  • Coordinate and deliver reporting including SLA adherence, fee at risk etc.
  • Act as the client advocate in all aspects including the technology;
  • Coordinate communication of product and service updates, enhancements and deliverable

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Account Manager, Santa Monica will need:

  • Prior experienced in an Account Manager/ Client Relationship/ Client Services position;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Experience in a high touch role;
  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 companies.
