Job Description

  • Prepare SEC reporting materials: Form 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, etc.
  • Prepare and review appropriate tie out documentation and support to forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal management analyses and presentations.
  • Assist with analyses of relevant financial data such as balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Assist in implementation and documentation of compliance with SOX and other internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience with Big 4 or industry related experience in accounting and external reporting.
  • Strong oral and written skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in team environment.
  • Tech-savvy.
