Job Description

The Senior Director of Customer Service Logistics will be responsible for ensuring that the right product gets to the Distributor at the right time for all customers and will drive all logistics and supply chain optimization strategies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Service and Logistics Team members, enabling an environment for continued high performance
  • Ownership of all relevant processes and tools to ensure effective Customer Service and Logistics management
  • Oversee the order fulfillment process for all portfolios and evaluate and improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the communication protocol to Customers and key Stakeholders.
  • Manage the capacity planning process throughout the physical supply chain network to ensure the ability to meet demand
  • Develop supply chain strategy and define and implement an optimized network logistics solution to meet the needs of the business, ensuring an effective and efficient operating structure
  • Effectively manage and oversee third party vendor relationships to enable supply chain execution
  • Ensure financial accountability through supply chain cost management to deliver sustained business value
  • Optimize the logistics flow of product from all supply locations
  • Deliver a culture of performance management and ensure delivery of agreed performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree Level in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, Finance or other relevant subject
  • 10+ years of experience in Operations / Supply Chain within the consumer packaged goods industry
  • Demonstrable supply chain strategy and execution capability
  • Experience of Customer Services and Customer collaboration
  • Experience of leading and motivating a high performance Team
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Ability to define, manage and deliver supply chain projects
