Job Description

The Senior Director Customer Services role will include the responsibility to actively engage in systems proposals, project negotiations, contracting, project management, installation, and services agreements in order to ensure successful and profitable execution. As the leader of the Customer Service team, you will be in constant collaboration across the multiple dimensions of the company.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Senior Director Customer Services will have:

  • Minimum of 10 years' of experience in service management implementing and managing a successful services team
  • A genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • An expertise in overseeing complex systems projects and experience dealing with technical business stakeholders
  • Experience in running a service team in industries with large capital projects (i.e., Transportation, Construction, Energy, IT, etc.)
  • Create and implement development plans for employee retention & succession planning
  • Develop meaningful KPI's, monitor performance of employees, as well as provide feedback in order to achieve continuous talent development
  • Ability to multitask and manage many ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a BA or BS degree
  • A proven track record of building and managing customer service teams
  • Strong leadership skills within a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Certifications in Service Delivery such as ITIL
