Start-up ntrepreneurial brand, a division of international publicly-traded wine & spirits organization. Over the past 3 years, the brand as been expanding its North American, as well as its global presence, and now has distribution operations in over 150 countries. US Headquarters located in a brand new Midtown Manhattan office, with a floor-to-ceiling windows and a fully stocked bar and kitchen.

Job Description

  • Support the Finance Manager and SVP with accurate and timely monthly financial close, KPIs and BPM reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reporting package for senior management on a monthly basis
  • Generate monthly and quarterly financial statements for senior management review
  • Generate consolidated financial summaries, broken out by business unit, comparing Actuals, Budget, and Forecast
  • Assist Finance team in preparing Annual Operating Budget, as well as quarterly LEs
  • Seek opportunities to automate & improve financial reporting, forecasting, and month-end close processes
  • Provide exceptional business partnering support to help drive decision making process with financial oversight.
  • Prepare special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
