Job Description

  • Assist in reviewing business functions' financial results following each monthly and quarter end close; provide explanation and support of variances of actual to budget as well as comparative quarters.
  • Support fiscal year planning for multiple corporate operating departments, assist in the development of financial-based justification for expenditures.
  • Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting package with commentary.
  • Analyst business financial performance and other KPI metrics.
  • Provide financial models and dashboards with analysis on investment, expenses, capital expenditures, balance sheet, and headcount trends.
  • Work with cross-functional departments.
  • Other ad hoc projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
  • 3+ years of progressive financial experience.
  • Background in Healthcare/Pharma preferred.
  • Problem solving and financial modeling skills required.
  • Advanced Excel: pivot tables, v-look ups, and macros.
  • Knowledge of business statistics and data analysis techniques.
  • Results-oriented and self-driven.
