Job Description


  • Participate in the preparation and timely completion of all SEC filings including the 10Ks, 10Qs, 8Ks, etc.
  • In addition, work on Proxy Statements, Registration Statements, beneficial ownership reporting, 401K audit, etc.
  • Compiling and maintaining documentation to support financial reporting
  • Research technical accounting issues and assist in other ad-hoc projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, CPA preferred
  • Understanding of SOX procedures and SEC reporting
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ERP experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team in an open, dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
