Job Description

In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for their assigned private equity partnerships, including all related co-investment funds, GP and Affiliated entities. Additionally, below is a list of day-to-day functions:

- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for assigned partnerships

- Review general ledger and journal entries

- Enter quarterly investment activity and partner allocation

- Allocate and maintain partner's capital accounts and prepare statements on a quarterly basis

- Respond to partner inquiries as required - including partner data requests and audit confirmations

- Assist in quarterly valuation process

The Successful Applicant

- Strong accounting knowledge, prior fund accounting experience a plus

- 2-4 years of public accounting experience, CPA a plus

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment

- Strong analytical abilities

- Strong sense of responsibility and work ownership

-Solid Microsoft Office skills. Great Plains accounting system or Equitrak Portfolio Management System a plus
