Job Description

  • Review and summarize outbound commercial and legal contracts
  • Conduct extensive legal research, especially related to IP/patent matters
  • Handle all invoicing and billing for the legal team
  • Report directly to the General Counsel and aid with all legal administrative tasks including, but not limited to: coordinating travel arrangements, filing all legal documents, and acting as an effective gatekeeper for the legal team

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Legal Assistant
  • In-house experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Notary commission or willingness to become a notary
