About Our Client
Our client, a Luxury jewelry company, specializes is creating beautifully unique pieces to be worn every day and for all occasions.
Must be able to develop innovative and creative marketing ideas from concept to execution in an omni-channel capacity.
Responsible for managing outside PR agencies, and overseeing sample management and tracking.
Responsible for building a strategic road-map for evolving the brand's retail and online shopping experience and overall presence in supporting channels, and well as the customer experience.
Manage Marketing annual budget and acquire new customers through print, PR, social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and other integrated marketing programs.
Responsible for increasing customer retention and lifetime value through effective use of database marketing/CRM techniques and targeted email marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams; Tech, IT, Operations and the Merchandising team to develop online assortments that satisfy consumer expectations and achieve financial objectives.
Support wholesale business through digital marketing initiatives, traditional print, and the development of consumer insights.
The Successful Applicant
7+ years of retail marketing experience with a consumer products brand, ideally in the fashion or luxury space.
Strong understanding of analytics, optimization, and reporting tools.
Proven ability to improve conversion, ROI, customer acquisition, and repurchase rates through a variety of marketing programs with a strong emphasis on digital.
Preferred Public Relations experience, including press release creation, editorial, and credit tracking and outside agency management.
Strong proficiency in merchandising and customer experience design.
Excellent communication skills.
