About Our Client
My clients is a well established prestigious regional home builder with nearly 100 years of building expertise and a strong East Coast presence.
Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Homes will be based on site at a new high end community my client is building. Your role will be to work with current and prospective clients, helping them through the sales process and also maintaining a high level of customer service right through to the completion of the home and beyond. You will be in interface between customers and the construction and design teams. Furthermore the Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Homes will be instrumental in the running of the site, helping the Construction professionals from the business side.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Homes will have
- A proven track record selling high end or Luxury homes
- A proven track record selling homes production or custom
- A wealth of knowledge of the housing marker
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to complete the full sales life-cycle
- Ability to self manage and be responsible for a large volume of sales.
- NC and SC Real Estate licenses
