Job Description

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment function (sourcing, screening, interviewing, on-boarding, etc.)
  • Partner with co-founders and key decision makers to develop an adaptable recruitment strategy
  • Lead unique staffing initiatives and take ownership of the decision-making process
  • Leverage various tools to identify and recruit both active and passive job-seekers
  • Manage a pipeline of candidates through internal ATS
  • Leverage market knowledge to influence business decisions and to guide the strategic direction of the company
  • Network with external organizations to grow pipeline and assist with company branding

The Successful Applicant

  • B.A./B.S. for a top-tier University or College
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the software industry
  • Proven track-record of filling open positions and tackling hard-to-fill roles
  • Looking to take the next step in your career - you strive to be the Head of Talent Acquisition or Head of Human Resources
  • You are a driver - you do not shy away from picking up the phone to make things happen
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
