Job Description

  • Provide excellent technical maintenance, administration and monitoring of systems
  • Manage issue lifecycle, escalating incidents to appropriate parties, ensuring timely resolution, and effectively communicating with end users
  • Work with 3rd party vendors
  • Analyze issues with MS Office Suite, Active Directory, MS Windows clustering, MS SQL Server, MS Windows Server 2008/2012
  • Recommend technology initiatives and solutions for deskside support, mail/messaging, remote access/mobility, virtualization, networking, telecom, VoIP
  • Incident management, request fulfillment, asset management

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related
  • 5+ years' experience in managing outsourced technology service for a distributed and largescale organization
  • Proficient in IT Operations Paradigms including ITSM
  • ITIL certification a plus
