Job Description

  • Work closely with International Team and VP of Marketing to translate the Brand's Corporate vision into a US-relevant brand story
  • Launch the company's first blog and work on template optimization, content calendar, "push" strategy to promote content and boost SEO
  • Manage the digital consumer acquisition strategy to drive traffic by focusing on social, blogger and paid media channels
  • Directly manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) in order to increase brand awareness and grow active consumer engagement. This includes analysis, planning and execution of an integrated social strategy, actively seeking growth opportunities, developing content and actions, and day to day execution of all posts, applications, promotions etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous brand community management across multiple social channels a must.
  • Experience in beauty preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Power Editor and social media insight platforms
  • 2-3 years experience in digital marketing and in managing fan acquisition and retention programs.
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong conceptual skills, great story teller.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong self-management, self-pacing, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, aesthetically minded with strategic, analytical and project management skills.
  • Interest and / or willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the baby and maternity markets and specific channels targeting core customer in order to better inform campaign ideas and marketing messages.
