About Our Client

Our client is an international advertising and public relations company, one of the largest in the world.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and editing content for the employee benefits portal, including enrollment guides and summary description changes.
  • Staying abreast of benefit trends in the business world and being aware of applicable benefits legislation.
  • Projecting and effectively communicating project timelines, plans, and campaigns, managing work assignments on an individual basis.
  • Directing external vendors to ensure that communication deadlines are completed on time and within budget.
  • Working with vendor Account Management teams to assemble all communications to be posted to benefits portal.
  • Maintaining procedures for managing and organizing communications.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • BS or BA
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PeopleSoft
  • Experience with employee benefits and corporate communications
  • Strong organizational skills, very detail oriented and diligent work ethic
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills - must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
  • Ability to successfully execute tasks both on an individual basis and with a team, while meeting quality expectations
