Job Description

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Manages the development, implementation and administration of all Human Resources programs, policies and procedures within region.
* Assists, coaches and counsels management with the implementation and communication of benefits, employee loyalty, performance and compensation management processes, policies and procedures.
* Manages employee relations for the field locations and select headquarters department(s).
* Works with employees to assure all employment laws and policies are followed.
* Develops and drives programs to contain and /or reduce costs in workers compensation, recruiting, retention and other applicable human resources functions.
* Develops and implements human resources programs and solutions to attain defined business objectives.
* This position ensures Human Resources compliance from both a legal and company policy perspective.

Travel Requirements
* Moderate travel within Northwest region.
