Job Description

Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, analysis, repair and maintenance of digital signage equipment. Must have the ambition to learn and excel in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.

Troubleshooting of hardware/software/connectivity issues

Deployment of Windows-based servers and digital signage devices

Deployment of software updates, patches, drivers, etc.

Documentation of issues and repair/resolution activity

Maintenance and documentation of parts and equipment inventory

Coordination of repair events with vendors and other service personnel

The Successful Applicant

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Knowledge of commonly-used computer and audio/visual concepts and practices

Experience with AWS EC2/S3 and other major public could environments a plus

Strong skills in written and oral communication and critical thinking

Fluency with Windows desktop and server operating systems

Basic TCP/IP networking and remote support skills

Willingness to travel for training and support as required

Associate's degree or equivalent in IT or related fields

1-3 years hands-on field support experience

Must successfully pass background check
