About Our Client
My client has been around for over 100 years and definitely has their hand in the competitive construction market in Michigan. Started by a family from a dream of owning their own company, they quickly took off becoming one of the top construction companies in Michigan. Fast forward to now, they have 3 offices and are doubling in size with almost $200M on the books for 2017. They're looking to add more seasoned construction professionals to their team who want to help contribute to the success that they've seen for the past decade.
As a superintendent you will be in charge of subcontractor management, dealing with clients, as well as holding daily meetings before the start of construction to ensure site safety practices. You will also be in charge of scheduling, close out and business development for the company as well as making sure each site you're in charge of is running in a smooth and timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have knowledge in the construction industry with at least 5+ years of experience running a site. Experience with self-perform concrete is preferred but similar backgrounds will be considered.
