Job Description

The Supply Chain Coordinator will:

  • Process and manage all purchase orders via EDI and QuickBooks for accuracy and on time delivery
  • Ensure accuracy of all orders and communicate with teams regarding updates and possible corrections
  • Communicate cross functionally for updated information to be tracked in Quickbooks
  • Electronic invoice generation and reconciliation
  • Ensure packing materials are readily available for all orders
  • Account set up and management in QuickBooks
  • Ensure understanding of shipping requirements and timelines per account
  • Monitor inventory levels to develop a replenishment plan with the logistics team
  • Manage the importing of all overseas shipments
  • Work closely with factories, warehouses, and customs brokers to ensure all documents are completed in time for delivery

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Supply Chain Coordinator Candidate will have:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • College degree desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field
  • Must have EDI experience
  • Must have QuickBooks experience
