A Civil Engineering company headquartered in the area has been aggressively investing in its position in the New England market. The firm has a multidisciplinary portfolio that supports land development and municipality projects in the Northeast.

Job Description

The Survey Manager will oversee, coordinate and administer engineering projects with the following duties:

  • Work closely with PM's to assist project development and project completion
  • Interact with clients to adequately meet project needs
  • Lead and develop Junior staff members
  • Manage daily workload of party chiefs

The Successful Applicant

The Survey Manager must have the following qualifications:

  • Professional Land Surveying License
  • Minimum of 7 years experience
  • Knowledge and experience on DOT projects
  • Knowledge and experience on various land development projects
  • Working experience with GPS
  • AutoCAD (Civil 3D)
  • Property Research
  • Scheduling and managing field crews
