Job Description

As a Systems Manager your responsibilities will be to:

  • Engage and support the Partner HR team and Partner community to ensure systems are performing properly and meeting the user's expectations.
  • Partner closely with the Partner HR Development / Architecture Manager to manage, track and communicate status of support issues, fixes or system improvements / enhancements.
  • Coordinate closely with the Partner Ops System Manager, responsible for compensation management to ensure the overall Partner Systems function delivers a seamless integrated and consolidated portfolio of services.
  • Continuously manage the strategic Partner HR initiative road map. A key input and output of the prioritization governance meeting.
  • Manage a team of ~4 direct reports and coach, mentor and develop staff
  • Participate in external vendor contract management & oversee vendor resources

The Successful Applicant

The ideal System Manager will have:

- 5 years of experience as a project manager

- Strong project management skills, PMP certification a nice to have

- Familiarity with HR systems

- Strong experience building PowerPoint deck and presenting to senior stakeholders
