Job Description

This person will be responsible of:

  • Full cycle recruitment process
  • Interaction with recruitment firms to full fill experienced roles that require strategic approach
  • Interact with executives inside the company to understand needs and scope of the roles recruited
  • Provide information to internal clients about candidates selected for interview process
  • Assessment application
  • HR administration that will include payroll, benefits administration, employment relations, employment law. This responsibilities will be to supervise the operation.
  • Training and professional development will be included mid term

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors degree
  • Management experience of at least 3 years
  • Experience in talent acquisition with mid level roles and upper management
  • Experience in HR administration
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not a must have
  • Excellent communication skills, high energy and ability to interact with international people
  • Ability to influence others and excellent leadership skills
