About Our Client

- Perform full-cycle recruitment for all technical and corporate roles
- Develop and maintain an on-going pipeline of top tier candidates for future hiring needs
- Take ownership of the recruiment function, overseeing a small team of junior recruiters and recruiting coordinators
- Partner with hiring managers to assess current and future hiring needs
- Utilize both passive and active recruitment methods
The Successful Applicant
- B.A./B.S. from a Tier 1 College/University
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment (preferrably in technical recruiting)
- Technology knoweldge - you should be able to understand technical jargan and distinguish between different coding languages
- Experience with various ATS - Jazz or Workday a plus!
- Be inquisitive
- Thrive in a startup environment!
