Job Description

  • Work closely with the Global Head of HR to develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
  • Collaborate with Regional HR Director on recruitment needs
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Back and Middle Office roles
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and hiring managers
  • Evaluate current systems, practices and procedures to ensure best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-10 years of Recruitment experience (Agency experience welcome)
  • Must have experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven ability to directly source high quality candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task
