Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAS) will source potential recruitment consultants for designated offices. TAS will be responsible for developing internal relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and hiring practices. This person's ultimate goal will be to recruit potential recruitment consultants both reactively and proactively to aid PageGroup's goal to achieve its headcount goals for the financial year.


  • Understanding the requirements of internal clients
  • Market the PageGroup opportunity to potential recruitment consultants via telephone and email, and advertising
  • Hire potential recruitment consultants into PageGroup North America


  • Proactively searching job boards for suitable candidate - LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Uploading professional adverts on relevant job boards and screening response
  • Utilizing, developing and searching the database to target suitable candidates
  • Searching external job boards for resumes and suitable profiles
  • Proactively generating referrals from relevant account managed businesses


  • Review and selection of resumes from external sources to next stage of the selection process
  • Conduct competency based interviews including all associated feedback
  • Promote suitable potential recruitment consultants to the senior management
  • Prepare your candidate for each step of the entire process through offering them the job


  • Analyze how competition advertises and hires their potential recruitment consultants
  • Involvement in marketing campaigns to support future growth

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain a potential recruitment consultants database through correctly entering data and keeping records tracked and up to date
  • Ensure advertisements on website and job boards are regularly updated

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Executive will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can-do attitude
  • Positive outlook
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Creativity and innovation
